Features: Special Wire Rope Lube is made with a high quality processed bitumenous base, fortified with additives for extreme pressures, anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-rust, and corrosion inhibition. This product has an oil soluble organic molybdenum additive that, with the wax additive functions as an anti wear and E.P. agent. This fine product is blended with special drying agents and solvents to reduce surface tension and to allow for greater penetration into the cable. This product dries to a hard fil in about 20-30 minutes so that dirt and sand are not attracted to the cable and thus minimizing the wear that is caused by that type of contamination.
